In the summer, Dave Hinkins and George & Ann Nartsissov helped inspect vessels at the Old Dominion Boat Club in Alexandria, VA. Meanwhile, Karen & Robert Van Buskirk enjoy the Florida boating environment while proudly displaying their Vessel Safety Check decal.
